I've been using the same basic software for over 10 years to put pages together and things have moved on considerably. 04.04.10		Don't worry - there is good news in this announcement! Thanks for bearing with me over the past couple of months, which have gone from bad to worse for me with various major financial problems plaguing me as well. Hopefully, as I have now put long-term measures in motion to get back on track, things should settle down, but as I will be finding somewhere else to live over the next few months, updates may go a bit quiet for a period - do continue to bear with me. At least we've had one highlight - Matt Smith IS The Doctor! A great first appearance in The Eleventh Hour on Saturday night, with good support from Karen Gillan as Amy and a beautiful new TARDIS with hints of other rooms - here's hoping we get to see some of them soon. 12.02.10		Unfortunately, I have to announce that my beloved mother Edith passed away on 8th February aged a young 78. Obviously I am gutted by this turn of events, something I hoped was a long way off happening. However, we never can tell. I am dealing with the funeral arrangements at the moment, so once again I'm afraid updates won't be happening for a while, but I will be back as soon as I'm able. Thanks for bearing with me. Martin
05.02.10		Due to problems regarding my mother's health, I won't be adding any updates on a regular basis for the immediate future. Obviously, family commitments have to take priority over leisure activities as I'm sure you will understand, dear visitor. 02.01.10		Happy New Year then! Hope this decade is as kind to the Doctor as the last one. THE END OF TIME - PART TWO was a great send-off for David, a most excellent Doctor who will be sorely missed. Great performances from Bernard, John and Timothy too - I'll bet they all come back some time. Hope Bernard does anyway, a favourite actor of mine... Anyway, let's tie up the end of the Tennant era with covers for his last stand... DVD & VHS covers for THE END OF TIME - PART TWO Anybody else think it was a bit of an odd way of promoting Matt Smith's upcoming season, putting the proper trailer on after DOCTOR WHO CONFIDENTIAL on a digital-only channel rather than after THE END OF TIME - PART TWO itself on BBC1? There's been some funny decisions made IMHO about Matt's era since they announced him this time last year - let's hope they get their act together now, since it and the final scene of TEOT#2 showed him in a much more positive light I thought. For anyone that hasn't seen it, click here for a page of some screen grabs from the trailer. I've already got my templates worked out for Matt's era, so we just need it to come along now. We'll bet on Easter Saturday for now - that's April 3rd - and I've updated the countdown to show this. It's all go isn't it? Geronimo!
